This Square Grill Pan with 2 Handles is from the new chef-inspired collection from Lodge. Just like their original pans, they are pre-seasoned, made in the USA and designed to last a lifetime. A few new features set this collection aside from the Original:

  • Larger pour spouts
  • Rounded interiors - sloped sides rather than straight edges for easier turning of food inside the pan
  • Elongated handles that arch more naturally with the shape of the hand

Care
  • Hand wash; you can use a small amount of soap
  • For stubborn, stuck-on food, simmer a little water for 3-5 minutes, then use a pan scraper after the cookware has cooled
  • Dry promptly with a lint-free cloth or paper towel; if you notice a little black residue on your cloth, it's just seasoning and is perfectly normal
  • Rub a very light layer of cooking oil onto the surface of your pan; use a paper towel to wipe away any residue
