Marcato has a global reputation for making authentic Italian pasta makers and accessories, all in their headquarters just outside of Venice. This ravioli tablet, made from high-quality cast aluminium, has moulds that guide you towards the perfect size and pasta-to-filling ratio. Roll the wooden paddle over the tablet once both sheets of pasta are on the tablet and it will quickly cut your ravioli into twelve uniform pieces.
Care Instructions: This product is made from cast aluminium, hence it may discolour or rust when wet. It should not be washed; any residual pasta dough or flour left on the mould should simply be brushed or wiped off with a dry brush or cloth between uses.
Why we love it'Tip: Rub olive oil over the tablet and dust with semolina for effortless release (and more delicious ravioli).'
About The Brand
In 1930, Otello Marcato made the first-ever pasta rolling machine in a workshop behind his house and sold them to neighbours on his bicycle. He opened a factory in Campodarsego, Padua, eight years later, where Marcato still produces all of their products today. Their machines are recognized all over the world for unbeatable quality. Their 100+ employees pack up to 2,500 pasta machines a day and 250,000 rollers a month with an extremely low rate of defects, reusing most of the product waste in order to embrace a principle of ecological circularity.Shop Marcato
