This elegant Il Tagliere Chopping Board is crafted from strong, solid Canaletto (walnut) wood, with a deep brown colour and dark veins. With a height of 4cm, the board provides a stable base for preparing ingredients, and also makes a lovely cheese or charcuterie board. The grooved border also makes it suitable for carving meat, as juice will collect in the recess. The solid wood construction ensure knives stay sharper for longer.

About The Brand
Marcato
In 1930, Otello Marcato made the first-ever pasta rolling machine in a workshop behind his house and sold them to neighbours on his bicycle.
