Marcato designed these premium ravioli stamps to be both functional and aesthetically pleasing. With a pale gold cutter and beech handle, this 6cm diameter–stamp creates uniform pieces of ravioli thanks to a spring-loaded press that applies a gentle amount of pressure to distribute filling evenly. To use, place the stamp over two sheets of pasta with filling portioned into the centre and press quickly and firmly.

Marcato
In 1930, Otello Marcato made the first-ever pasta rolling machine in a workshop behind his house and sold them to neighbours on his bicycle.
