The Mauviel M'Cook Frying Pan is no ordinary pan. It is made of five layers of metal (two layers of stainless steel on the outside, three layers of heat-responsive aluminium in the centre), which extend to the sides and tops of the pans to ensure even heat distribution. Suitable on all hobs including induction, the M’Cook range’s comfortable handles and curved edges allow easy manoeuvring and pouring. This model is designed to fit in the oven comfortably. The exterior s polished but the interior is brushed, making it stick-resistant and easy to clean.
Designed with small European kitchens in mind, pieces in the M’Cook range stack together neatly.
Why we love it
‘It’s not often you’ll get a good, caramelised sear on a stainless steel frying pan, but an M’Cook pan manages to do so very well. I love that it is so versatile.’ "
