The Mauviel M'Cook Frying Pan is no ordinary pan. Every part of the pan, right up to its rim, has five layers of metal: outer layers of 18/10 stainless steel for induction hob–compatibility and easy clean-up, plus three inner layers of heat-responsive aluminium. The middle layer of that aluminium is pure, meaning there is no adhesive agent in it that slightly weakens its power. The layers distribute heat quickly and evenly. The comfortable, recessed handle is designed to mould to your thumb and stays cool as you cook. High-quality steel that’s polished on the outside but brushed on the inside (for stick-resistance) makes clean-up simple, and a curved rim allows drip-free pouring. 24cm.
