The Mauviel M'Cook roasting pan features an exterior and interior layer of 18/10 stainless steel around three layers of aluminium to provide fast and uniform heat distribution. The middle layer of that aluminium is pure, meaning there is no adhesive agent in it that slightly weakens its power. It features high-quality, scratch-resistant steel that’s polished on the outside but brushed on the inside, and a curved rim for easy pouring. This roaster can also be used on all hobs including induction. This special 40x30cm pan is large enough to fit most turkeys and big cuts of meat, and the hanging handles allow this pan to fit more easily into ovens. Despite this, please double check the size of your oven if you are considering this pan.
Mauviel M’Cook pans, including handles, are polished and finished by hand; this may result in minor abrasions or scuffs. These are considered normal and do not have any impact on performance or durability.
While M’Cook pans are dishwasher-safe, please note that dishwasher detergents that contain harsh chemicals such as potassium are abrasive to the aluminium edge on the rims of these pans. This can cause the edge to feel sharp over time, but does not affect performance.
