The comfortable, recessed handle is designed to mould to your thumb and stays cool as you cook. High-quality steel that’s polished on the outside but brushed on the inside (for stick-resistance) makes clean-up simple, and a curved rim allows drip-free pouring. This splayed saute pan has straight rather than curved sides that slant towards the base, which helps sauces, stews, and other foods with high liquid content reduce beautifully.
