The Mauviel M’CookB Frying Pan outperforms standard stainless steel pots by miles because of the way it’s designed. It has outer layers of 18/10 stainless steel, which make it induction-compatible, plus three inner layers of heat-responsive aluminium. The middle layer of that aluminium is pure, meaning there is no adhesive agent in it that slightly weakens its power. These heat-conducting metals go all the way to the edges of the pot, ensuring even cooking through and through. High-quality steel that’s polished on the outside but brushed on the inside makes clean-up simple, and a curved rim allows drip-free pouring. Designed with small European kitchens in mind, pieces in the M’CookB range stack together neatly.
Mauviel M’CookB pans, including handles, are polished and finished by hand; this may result in minor abrasions or scuffs. These are considered normal and do not have any impact on performance or durability. Please note that bronze handles can get very hot when cooking, and be sure to use a tea towel or pot holder when needed. M'CookB pans should not be placed in the dishwasher, as it causes the bronze handles to discolour.

Why we love it
‘It’s not often you’ll get a good, caramelised sear on a stainless steel frying pan, but an M’CookB pan manages to do so very well. I love that it is so versatile.’
