The Mauviel M'Cook roasting pan features an exterior and interior layer of 18/10 stainless steel around a layer of aluminium to provide fast and uniform heat distribution. The middle layer of that aluminium is pure, meaning there is no adhesive agent in it that slightly weakens its power. The riveted handles are upright, which lets them take up less room in the oven and prevents them from getting too hot. High-quality, scratch-resistant steel that’s polished on the outside but brushed on the inside makes clean-up simple, and a curved rim allows easy pouring. Usable on all hobs including induction and, of course, the oven. Because this roaster is not 5-ply, hence thinner than the rest of the M’Cook collection, the reaction to overheating is stronger and may result in scorched surfaces.
Mauviel M’CookB pans, including handles, are polished and finished by hand; this may result in minor abrasions or scuffs. These are considered normal and do not have any impact on performance or durability. Please note that bronze handles can get very hot when cooking, and be sure to use a tea towel or pot holder when needed. M'CookB pans should not be placed in the dishwasher, as it causes the bronze handles to discolour.

Why we love it
'A wonderful piece for Sunday roasts, especially with a roasting rack—you can cook vegetables underneath the meat so it soaks up the fat.'
