Product Details
Halfway between a saute pan and casserole (AKA versatile enough to cook foods you’d make in either of those pans), the Mauviel M’CookB Saute Casserole outperforms standard stainless steel pans by miles because of the way it’s designed. It has outer layers of 18/10 stainless steel, which make it induction-compatible, plus three inner layers of heat-responsive aluminium. The middle layer of that aluminium is pure, meaning there is no adhesive agent in it that slightly weakens its power. High-quality steel that’s polished on the outside but brushed on the inside makes clean-up simple, and a curved rim allows drip-free pouring. Designed with small European kitchens in mind, pieces in the M’CookB range stack together neatly. You never have to worry about this pan not fitting in the oven or having a handle that takes up too much space on the table. It will last a lifetime.
Mauviel M’CookB pans, including handles, are polished and finished by hand; this may result in minor abrasions or scuffs. These are considered normal and do not have any impact on performance or durability. This special edition range with bronze handles has a beautiful two-tone design. Please note that bronze handles can get very hot when cooking, and be sure to use a tea towel or pot holder when needed. M'CookB pans are not dishwasher-safe, as this causes the handles to discolour.
