Product Details

Mercer Culinary offers knives of a high professional grade at a very reasonable price. This utility knife from the Mercer Culinary Genesis range features a full tang which means the steel extends the full length of the handle. Fully-forged from superior, high carbon, stain-free German steel, the taper-ground blade is very strong and resilient and is joined to the handle with a well-balanced bolster. The handle is made of Santoprene® thermoplastic rubber which makes it comfortable to hold and ensures a non-slip grip. This knife is the ""perfect"" in-between knife for day-to-day cutting tasks. 13cm.
