This Olivewood Spatula is ideal for many cooking tasks but particularly good when using non-stick cookware as it will not scratch. Olivewood is non-porous, so it will not absorb odours. An environmentally conscious choice, each spatula is sourced from trees that no longer produce fruit. The spatula is available plain or with holes for draining excess fat or liquids.
