This section features pots and pans from All-Clad's Copper Core range, which has a core of copper and two supporting layers of aluminium for near-perfect heat responsiveness. We also include a cocotte, and roasting pans—all of which, as the All-Clad pieces, work in the oven and on all hobs including induction. We believe they make an excellent foundation for a kitchen that you can add to with time.
