Crafted exclusively for Borough Kitchen, this 18cm edition of Peugeot’s iconic Paris salt mill pairs two centuries of French engineering with the rich, warm tones and pronounced grain of solid Canadian walnut wood. Made in France, each mill is stamped with both the Peugeot and Borough Kitchen logos, and features a grinding mechanism made from zirconia, which stays sharp over a lifetime of use (and is backed by a warranty). Zirlion mills excel at producing a finer, more consistent grind. This patented mechanism grinds a wide variety of dry salts, including flaky salt, with utmost precision. In its finest grind, you can use less salt with no loss of flavour. The knob on the top of the mill can be adjusted to obtain your ideal grind: the tighter the knob, the finer the salt. A matching pepper mill is sold separately. Made from solid Canadian walnut, no two are the same, making this exclusive collaboration a warm and timeless addition to the kitchen table.
