Sourhouse Goldie Sourdough Starter Warmer

The Sourhouse Goldie Sourdough Starter Warmer gently warms your sourdough starter, and brings it to the perfect temperature, or 'Goldilocks Zone' of 24-28ºC - not too hot, not too cold. This helps your sourdough starter to rise faster, keeping it healthy, active, and ready to work with. By providing the optimum environment for the starter, the Goldie Warmer provides consistency, so you know that within a couple of hours (depending on outside temperature), your starter will be ready to use. This removes any ambiguity or guesswork before you put in the effort to make a loaf, as an imperfect starter is the main cause of sourdough fails. To use, simply place your starter jar on the warming base and place the glass cloche on top. Switch on the auto-warming switch and wait until the temperature indicator is orange (just right). Designed to live on the countertop, it's also small enough to store when not in use. Starter Jar is not included and can be purchased separately.
