Made in the United Kingdom, this loose-bottomed cake and sandwich tin is made from robust restaurant-grade aluminium with an anodised silver finish, an electrical process rather than a chemical coat. This gives it superior heating and cooling properties, as well as makes the pan more easy-release than standard tins. (Please note that you will still need to grease the tin or use baking parchment!) It is oven safe to 240°C, safe for the fridge and freezer, and will never warp or peel. Use it for Victoria sponge, cheesecake, quiche, and more. It is not dishwasher-safe, and abrasive scourers should be avoided in order to not scratch the finish.
