The Triangle Canelle/Channel Knife with a V-shape is a classic bartender’s tool. The 6mm wide notch of the blade cuts deep into the skin of citrus fruit and vegetables creating ribbons and notches. The blade is made of carefully sharpened stainless steel and the fixed penetration depth makes it very easy to use. Dishwasher safe.
