This cheese knife from Triangle's Sense series features a thin, serrated blade with cut-outs to prevent cheese from sticking to the blade. The two tips of the blade work as a serving fork. The handle is made from FSC-certified plum wood from regional German orchards, thereby supporting sustainable timber management and short transport routes. The handles are turned in the Sauerland region, then finely finished in Solingen and assembled with functional parts made of stainless steel.
