This Single Blade Mezzaluna from Triangle features a very sharp, hardened German stainless steel blade, with two comfortable polypropylene handles at each end to mince and chop vegetables and herbs in a two-handed rocking motion. A common sight in Italian kitchens, a mezzaluna is excellent for cutting different ingredients at once, like a mix of herbs, pine nuts and garlic for pesto. It is also great for cutting pizza and focaccia.
