Included are two paring knives: one Swiss Classic Pairing Knife with a straight edge and a pointed tip for removing cores and seeds, and a pointed knife with a serrated edge for slicing through firm peel with minimum pressure. In addition, a universal peeler with an ultra-sharp double-edged serrated blade is included. High-quality martensitic stainless steel—made from 95% recycled material, thanks to Victorinox’s unique processing facilities—gives these blades a long service life. The laser-tested edges are precise and have excellent edge retention. The contoured polyethene handles are designed for a secure, non-slip grip.
