Big Green Egg: In-Store Demonstrations (2025)

Big Green Egg season has officially arrived here at Borough Kitchen. That's when the teams in our Battersea Power Station, Chiswick, Hampstead and Islington stores roll the world's best barbecue outside our storefronts to show you exactly why we call it that. For one, it does more than just barbecue. This covered grill also smokes, bakes, roasts, slow-cooks, and – with the help of attachments – rotisseries.

From May to August, our team will cook a myriad of foods to show the Big Green Egg's versatility, from rotisserie chicken to bread, as well as showcase the Egg's many accessories and unique features. Demos will be held from May to August. Our teams begin lighting the Egg around 11:00, and the demos continue until around 17:00. Our team will be present all day to answer any questions you have about how the Big Green Egg cooks, as well as walk you through the different set-ups and delivery options.
