Vitamix Mango Smoothie

Mango, orange and vanilla yogurt make this smoothie sweet and creamy with a light citrus note. Substitute vanilla soy milk for the yogurt to keep it dairy-free.

Ingredients

  • 180 ml (¾ cup) reduced-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 60 ml (¼ cup) water
  • 1 orange, peeled, halved
  • 150 g (1 cup) frozen mango
  • 70 g (½ cup) ice cubes


Method

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid
  2. Select Variable 1
  3. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High
  4. Blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute or until desired consistency is reached; serve immediately
