Vitamix Mango Smoothie
Mango, orange and vanilla yogurt make this smoothie sweet and creamy with a light citrus note. Substitute vanilla soy milk for the yogurt to keep it dairy-free.

Ingredients
- 180 ml (¾ cup) reduced-fat vanilla yogurt
- 60 ml (¼ cup) water
- 1 orange, peeled, halved
- 150 g (1 cup) frozen mango
- 70 g (½ cup) ice cubes
Method
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid
- Select Variable 1
- Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High
- Blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute or until desired consistency is reached; serve immediately
