In this technique-led class, we'll teach you how to make Chinese dumplings and bao entirely from scratch (yes, that includes the wrappers!). From refining your knife skills to knowing how and when to use key Chinese condiments, these skills will last a lifetime. We'll practice different folding techniques before steaming dumplings and cooking them in broth. When making bao buns, you'll learn how to properly knead dough in order to make soft, pillowy steamed buns filled with a hoisin mushroom filling – and gain the confidence to make bao buns with any filling you choose at home.

Age Restriction: 16+

Cancellation Policy: You must contact us 10 working days before your class to be eligible for a full refund. You can transfer your seat to a different class up to 5 days before your class date. As this is a live ticketed event, we cannot make any exceptions. For our full T&C's, click here.
Redeeming £115 or £230 Gift Cards: If you have a cook school gift card valued at £115 or £230, it can be redeemed for any scheduled cook school class without extra charge before 15 April 2024. Gift cards valued at other amounts can be redeemed at their face value – the amount will be deducted from your order at checkout after you input your gift voucher code.
