Preparing/seasoning your pan:
Clean the frying pan with very hot water and wipe it. Pour in one centimetre of oil and heat for 5 minutes. Next, throw away the oil and wipe your pan with kitchen roll. The performance of the pan will improve with use. The blacker it becomes the better as its natural non-stick properties improve.
Heat a small amount of fat in the frying pan and, once the pan is hot, seal the food for about 45 seconds on each side before reducing the heat to complete cooking. Do not leave meals in the pan after cooking.
