Product Details
This class draws inspiration from Arabic, Levantine and North African culinary traditions. We'll teach you the skills and techniques behind popular dishes like lamb kofta and shakshuka, such as how to use a knife properly, how to ensure ground meat mixtures hold their shape, how to balance acidic flavours, and more. We'll also make hummus, baba ganoush, and harissa paste from scratch, so you'll never opt for the store-bought stuff again.
Think this class would make a perfect gift? We do too – that's why we offer Cook School Gift Cards, for one or two guests, in paper and digital formats.
