Our Fresh Pasta From Scratch class takes the intimidation out of homemade pasta. During the course of the class you'll learn:
- How to use regular and wholemeal pasta doughs to make lasagna sheets, tagliatelle, and filled pasta dough
- How to make a simple tomato sauce, puttanesca sauce, and sage butter sauce, as well as roasted butternut squash and goat cheese filling (for ravioli)
- Prepare to enjoy after class: Roasted Vegetable Lasagne, Butternut Squash and Goat Cheese Ravioli
- Prepare to take home: Tagliatelle, and everything else you have left over
Age Restriction: 16+. 14 and 15-year-olds are welcome to attend this class as long as they are accompanied by an adult who is also taking the class.
Main Allergens: Eggs, gluten, dairy
This class is suitable for vegetarians and pescatarians. We can adapt it for dairy-free diets. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org in advance if you have any questions or special requests.
Cancellation Policy: You must notify us, by email or in-store, 10 business days before your scheduled class to get a full refund.
