Don't be intimidated by homemade pasta! This class will give you the confidence to roll out sheets of pasta dough like a nonna in no time, and you'll learn a thing or two about making sauces as well. During class, we'll cover:
- Basic and wholemeal pasta doughs
- Rolling and cutting a variety of shapes
- How to make a simple tomato, puttanesca, and sage butter sauces
At the end of class you'll enjoy roasted vegetable lasagne and butternut squash and goat cheese ravioli. You'll take home lots of tagliatelle and everything else you've made.
Age Restriction: 16+, but 14 and 15-year-olds are welcome to attend this class as long as they are accompanied by an adult who is also taking the class
