Gluten-free Baking Cooking Class


Learn how to make fresh gluten-free desserts and baked goods from scratch in this foundational course, which will equip you with all the skills and techniques you need to build on that knowledge at home.

The world of gluten-free baking can be overwhelming: rice flour or gram flour; xanthan gum or psyllium husk; potato starch or tapioca starch? During our three-hour course, you’ll be led by a trained chef in understanding gluten-free flour options, binders, & rising agents. In this class you'll learn to make a decadent sweet courgette loaf, perfectly chewy chocolate chip cookies, and a shortcrust pastry tart filled with creme patisserie. After the class you will be able to blend your very own gluten-free flour mixture. No more dry or crumbly cakes.

Age Restriction: 16+. 14 to 16-year-olds are welcome to attend this class as long as they are accompanied by an adult who also taking the class.

Main Allergens: Nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios), dairy, eggs

This class is suitable for vegetarians. Please email in advance if you have any questions or special requests.

Cancellation Policy: You must notify us, by email or in-store, 10 business days before your scheduled class to get a full refund.
