Don't be intimidated by making fresh pasta from scratch—if you've got flour, eggs, and a fork, you're halfway there. But the rest involves confidence and know-how, which we will equip you with in this hands-on class. You'll learn how to knead pasta dough; roll it into sheets with a pasta machine; and fill and shape them so they stay intact when boiling. We'll be filling ours with butternut squash and goat cheese, as well as spinach and ricotta; think of these as templates you can use with a variety of foods, especially leftovers. We'll also walk you throw how to make simple sauces you can pour over the pasta. At the end of class, you'll sit down to enjoy the meal you've prepared, with plenty of leftovers.
Age Restriction: 16+. 14 and 15-year-olds are welcome to attend this class as long as they are accompanied by an adult who is also taking the class.
