This Olivewood End Grain Carving Board comes to us from Arte Legno in Italy. The board can be used on both sides: one side features a juice groove for use as a carving board and the other has a smooth side for use as a chopping board. With proper care, it will last a lifetime.

Arte Legno Spello

Established in 1977, Arte Legno Spello makes olive wood products for the kitchen and table from olive trees that no longer bear fruit. They think of woodworking as a nexus of pottery and fabric, especially because of the natural, high-contrast patterns that are unique to olive wood and evoke movement. Their workshop is in Spello, a beautiful medieval town in Italy's Umbria region.
