How to Book a Private Event at Our Cook School

A private event at our London cook school goes beyond your typical party. In a small, interactive environment, you’ll work with colleagues, friends, or family to cook a feast from scratch, learning valuable culinary skills that last a lifetime. London Cook School Locations

You can book a private event at any of our cook school's four London locations: 

  • Chiswick (186 Chiswick High Rd, London W4 1PP)
  • Hampstead (1 Hampstead High St, London NW3 1RG)
  • Islington (129C Upper Street, London N1 1QP)
  • Battersea (40 Electric Boulevard, London, SW11 8BJ)
We do not host classes in our Borough Market store.

Class Sizes

The minimum class size is 8 students. If you'd like to book a class for fewer than 8 students, the minimum price of £950.00 must be paid. 

  • Chiswick: Up to 10 guests 
  • Hampstead: Up to 10 guests
  • Islington: Up to 16 guests
  • Battersea: Up to 12 guests

Prices

  • The minimum price, for up to 8 students, is £950.00
  • For class sizes above 8 students, it costs £105.00 for each additional participant
Full payment is required to confirm a booking.

Classes with 10 students or fewer can take any of our cook school classes. Explore our list here.

For classes containing 12-16 students, we also offer:

Time

All classes begin at 18:30. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to get settled. 

Allergies

Please notify us more than 24 hours in advance if anybody in your party has any allergies, intolerances, or dietary requirements. We will do our best to accommodate them.  

Drinks Policy

A glass of wine, beer, or a soft drink is included with the price of every cook school ticket. 

We offer a variety of wine packages to compliment your private event in partnership with St John Wine, the details of which will be sent upon your enquiry. You also have the option to BYOB, with a corkage fee (more details upon enquiry). 

Please remind guests to bring valid IDs with them, as we operate a 'Challenge 25' policy, where we reserve the right to check ID for any students under or around the age of 25. Any student who arrives to class intoxicated, or appears to be so during class, will be asked to leave and not qualify for a refund.

Once we have these details, we will reply with potential dates. The more details you can provide initially, the better. Private classes are subject to availability, and full payment is required to confirm the booking.
