If you’ve already taken our popular Fresh Pasta from Scratch and Mastering Filled Pasta classes, or have a good deal of experience in home pasta-making, this Advanced Pasta cookery class will take your skills to the next level. Learn how to colour and press herbs into dough for extra flavour, and employ complicated techniques that require a deft, precise hand, such as making egg yolk ravioli (spinach and ricotta ravioli with a runny egg yolk) and ravioli doppio (ravioli with two separate fillings). We’ll also teach you how to make the most out of leftover trimmings to minimise waste. With a deepened knowledge of pasta and more practice, you’ll leave class with the confidence to keep experimenting with flavours and shapes at home.

You can transfer your seat to a different date or class if you notify us 5 full business days before your scheduled class. Any changes made within 5 full business days of the class cannot be accepted. Due to our small class sizes and to avoid increases in our ticket prices, there are no exceptions to this policy, including illness or any other reason.
